Test Cards

Metal detector and x-ray test cards give you a flat, easy-to-place standard for verifying your detection system with packaged or conveyed product. Each card is made to order with a certified contaminant of the size you specify and comes with a Certificate of Conformity. In rigid acetal, choose ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel 316 test cards, the soda lime glass test card or the aluminum test card. For x-ray systems, laminated test cards use a heavy-duty 10 mil laminate. For wet, humid and hot environments, thermoform test cards seal the contaminant in clear food grade PETG, in metal, glass, ceramic and aluminum versions.
