Metal detectable scrapers clear dough, residue and debris from work surfaces without a chipped edge becoming a foreign material risk. In hardened detectable plastic, choose palm scrapers in flexible, semi-rigid and rigid thicknesses, flexi-palm scrapers with rounded edges for curved surfaces, or one-piece hand scrapers for tough debris on benches and flat tops. In stainless steel with a detectable handle, choose flexible or rigid palm scrapers, or angled stainless steel hand scrapers. Several come in multiple colors for zone coding.
