The BST Detectable Soft Depanner Cups, 40mm diameter and 70mm tall, are designed for morning bakery goods like pastries and lighter items. The softer, more flexible material lets the rim create an excellent seal on uneven surfaces, and the silicone is infused with a detectable additive so worn or broken pieces are flagged by metal detection systems before they leave your plant.
The 14mm hole fastens securely to your depanner belt with the BST single and double decker retaining clips. For large, heavy bread loaves, switch to the rigid hard suction cups, or have us build a custom detectable depanner belt complete with cups and clips.
