Test Whips

Metal detector test whips, also called flexi test sticks, let you place a certified contaminant deep into a detector aperture or along a long run and pull it back out. Our 20" x-ray and metal detector test whips pair a 1/2" x 3" Delrin handle with a flexible 1/4" polyethylene tube that houses the contaminant, so the long tail is easy to handle and retrieve. Each whip is made to order with a ferrous, non-ferrous or stainless steel 316 contaminant from 0.5mm to 5.0mm and comes with a Certificate of Conformity.
